About Candice Barry:

Barry is originally from France but now a citizen of Canada. After completing her studies in England, Barry started her career working for an international media agency that took her to Africa, Asia, Russia and the Middle-East. Barry moved to Canada in 2010 and pursued her career in the media publishing editorial supplements in the Vancouver Sun, then worked as a communications and research consultant in the mining industry. More recently, Barry received her license (ICCRC) to practice Canadian immigration law and teamed up with experts in the field of immigration.

Why hire a Licensed Immigration Consultant?

While all the visa application forms and immigration guides are available for free on the Canadian immigration website, it must be noted that the immigration process can be lengthy and complex. Misinterpretating the immigration policies can easily happen, resulting in unnecessary delays or negative outcome.

This is why hiring a Canadian licensed immigration consultant is valuable. Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the immigration laws, policies and procedures, we are able to find the best possible immigration path that fits your very unique circumstances, and thus maximise your chances of realising your immigration objectives. Licensed consultants are fully trained at one of the Canadian accredited practitioner's programs to interpret the Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations (IRPA and IRPR) and must complete continuing professional development every year to remain fully up-to-date with the on-going changes in immigration policies.

The path to emigrating to Canada can be challenging.

Barry & Associates consultants are there to facilitate the process.

What is the ICCRC?

ICCRC, the Immigration Consultant of Canada Regulatory Council, is the national regulatory body authorized by the government of Canada to safeguard consumers by regulating immigration consultants. The Council was established in 2011 by the federal department of Citizenship & Immigration Canada, in adherence to Section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), which states that anyone who provides Canadian immigration services for a fee or other consideration, must be registered and in good standing with ICCRC.

Immigration consultants are professionals who assist with immigration advice and representation. All consultants providing Canadian immigration services must be Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).
